J.K. Rowling, the author of the Harry Potter series, destroyed President Trump’s response to the London attacks in less than 140 characters.

Following the attacks on London Bridge, Borough Market, and Vauxhall, in which terrorists killed eight and injured dozens more using knives and a van.
London Mayor Sadiq Khan urged citizens to not panic if they saw more police on the streets in the future.
However, Trump took Khan’s remarks out of context and attacked the mayor, suggesting he wasn’t responding seriously to the attacks.

Rowling, who is British, stood up for Khan and accused Trump of lacking the leadership capabilities exhibited by the London mayor.
“It’s called ‘leadership’, Donald. The terrorists were dead 8 minutes after police got the call,” Rowling said.

Despite his promise on Saturday night to do everything the U.S. could to support its chief European ally, Trump is golfing at his own branded resort in Virginia while London’s mayor is working with first respondents and other groups to help the city recover from the attacks.
In a public statement issued on his Twitter account, Mayor Khan tweeted that he was too busy to respond to Trump’s tweet, although he did point out that Trump took his remarks out of context.
