Black Stars Coach Avram Grant has named his squad for the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2017 which is scheduled to take place in Africa’s beautiful country Gabon.

The announcement of the twenty-six-man squad that will be heading to Gabon for the AFCON 2017 was outline by the Israeli Ghanaian coach. The announcement was made on Monday morning at the Ghana Football Association’s headquarters. The Black Stars are expected to camp in Al Ain in the United Arab Emirates before journeying to the Gabon.

The Ghanaian Black Stars will play Uganda as their first match in the Group 2 fixtures. Mali and Egypt is slated to face Ghana later in that order all in Group 2 fixtures.
